The Honda service was excellent! Thank you for the courtesy shuttle which the driver did an expert job. My car had the front breaks replaced.

9:00 AM appointment. I was a little early and they took me in and did the recall repair in under a hour. Amazing. Thorough and good communication. This is how a service appointment should go!

Very good experience at Red Rock, 2021 Pilot was in need of warranty work on front strut. Ended up having new brakes and battery. It was a long day but everyone from the courtesy driver, service manager and our service rep, Stan, did a great job keeping us informed on cost and progress. Would recommend this dealership for service work.

Was on a 5000 mile road trip and needed an oil change. Scheduled the service online and I was in and out within an hour and a half. They had a shuttle that took my wife and I to a restaurant for lunch and came back to pick us up when it was done. very satisfied

My wife and I bought a used Honda Civic a week ago and we are very pleased. The service was great and we were walked through every step as they explained everything thoroughly. The car salesman we went through was Steven Moss. I’d give him 5/5 stars as well. He was very helpful and very patient as we made our decision. Overall a great experience!

Let me just say that everyone at RRGJ was extremely kind, respectful, patient and just all around A+ service. Dre listened to our wants/needs and got us exactly what we asked for.
